ICS is an Australian owned Insurance Claims Software business formed in 2000. The company has since grown into a leading provider of web based claims software for insurance companies and outsourced claims management providers.

Whilst the ICS system provides comprehensive claims recording, tracking, reporting and payment functionality enabling insurers to minimize and control claims administration costs, our ultimate aim is to provide the claims data and benchmarking information needed by insurers to improve risk selection and risk rating.

Our team (profiles below) is unique in that it not only includes software experts capable of providing leading edge solutions, but experienced subject matter experts who understand insurance and therefore how a claims system needs to respond as part of the overall insurance process.

Richard has over 18 years in the insurance industry the majority of which was spent with global insurance broker Willis Group, where he worked in a number of senior operational and management positions both in Australia, the UK and USA.

Graham Stevens. Dip Fin Services (Insurance Broking), QPIB
Executive Director

As a board member of both Steadfast and the National Insurance Brokers Association, Graham is a highly experienced and respected insurance broker with a long history in the industry. Graham has worked both in the international broking arena as well as running his own insurance business, both of which included responsibility for managing client's claims and claims teams.

Donovan Mollenhagen
National Operations Manager

In his position as National Operations Manager, Donovan has led the development of the ICS Claims Management System since its inception, working closely with our clients to provide them with an efficient and complete solution to their claims management needs. With over 10 years as an IT professional working primarily in the financial services & telecommunications industries, Donovan has a wealth of knowledge in customer focused systems design which has and continues to be applied towards the development of ICS.

Gavin Bucknell

An experienced IT professional, with a broad base of skills in the areas of Windows/Internet application development, and project management. A proven track record of finding solutions, delivering end to end projects and process creation/optimization in different industries including Information and Communications Technology, Finance, Aviation and Logistics.
